RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please make sure to register every return via our Return Portal before sending any items back.
To register your return, you will need:

your order number

the email address used to place the order
Unregistered returns cannot be processed.
Please note that processing a return may take up to 10 business days after the return has arrived at our warehouse.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Items must be returned in their original condition

All original tags and labels must be attached

Worn or washed items are not eligible for a refund
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Returns Within Germany
For returns within Germany, we provide a return shipping label via our Return Portal.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer

A return fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the refund amount
Please use only the return label provided after registering your return.
International Returns
Returns from outside Germany must be arranged independently by the customer.
Please note:

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

Please keep your tracking number until the return has been fully processed

All customs and import regulations of the destination country must be followed
Please be aware that refunds can only be issued once the return has arrived at our warehouse and has been successfully received and inspected.
We are not liable for incorrectly declared returns, customs-related issues, or return shipments that do not arrive at our warehouse. In such cases, no refund can be issued.
