HOW IT WORKS
SCRATCH & WIN
For every ordered item, you will receive one scratch card.
Simply scratch the card to see if you’ve won.
The promotion runs until May 24, 2026, 23:59 CET. Orders placed after this deadline are not eligible to participate.
CLAIM YOUR PRIZE
If your scratch card is a winner, send an email with the subject:
“Scratch Win”

Please make sure to keep your original winning scratch card safe.
Prizes can only be claimed with the original physical card.
After reviewing your submission, we’ll contact you with the next steps.
VERIFICATION PROCESS
To verify your win, we will send you:
- a confirmation letter
- a prepaid return envelope
- a verification form
You’ll need to return:
- the completed form
- your original winning scratch card
Once your card has been verified successfully, we’ll contact you again via email.
Please allow several business days for verification and processing.

The motorcycle must be collected personally in the Düsseldorf area, Germany.
Cash payout or exchange is not possible.
Any additional costs such as registration, insurance, transport, taxes, or pickup expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

After successful verification, your prize will be shipped directly to you.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit will be sent separately via email after verification.
Valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

This limitation does not apply in cases involving injury to life, body, health, or fraudulent intent.
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should individual provisions of these terms become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
