Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds

You have the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days after receiving your item.

Refunds are only available for items that are returned in perfect, original condition. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned complete as originally delivered, including original packaging.

Socks, underwear and pre-ordered products are excluded from refunds for hygiene reasons.


Return Registration

All returns must be registered through our official return portal within the 14-day return period.

Returns that are not registered through the return portal cannot be processed or considered.

Once your return has been registered, you will receive the detailed return instructions via the portal.

Refund Process

Refunds can only be issued once the returned items have arrived at our warehouse and have been inspected.

After inspection, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us via our Help Center. 

 


Return Shipping Costs & Deductions

  • Germany:
    A return fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • International orders:
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will not be refunded.

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Returned to Sender

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us (for example due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal of delivery), a refund will be issued once the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse.

Please note that this process may take up to 10 business days after receipt.

 


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can review the case.

Approved damage or incorrect-item claims will be refunded or resolved accordingly.


 

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Exchanges can be requested independently through our returns portal. During the return process, you can select the variant you would like to receive instead.

After submitting your exchange request, please send the item back to our warehouse. Once the return has arrived and has been checked by our team, the exchange will be processed and the replacement item will be shipped to you.

You will receive a separate order confirmation and tracking information for the new shipment.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after your return has arrived at our warehouse.
