General Shipping Times

The following delivery times apply as general shipping estimates and refer to the transit time after dispatch.

During collection drops, major releases, or peak periods, shipping times may be longer due to high order volumes.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment at any time.

We kindly ask for your patience during these periods — our team is doing its best to process all orders as quickly as possible.


Courier Service

Deliveries are handled by DPD and UPS.


Packaging and Partial Deliveries

If you receive a package that doesn’t contain all the items from your order, don’t worry — this may occur due to differences in production times. The rest of your order will follow shortly. For further questions, please contact our customer service via the contact form.

We ensure your order is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact customer service immediately. For shipments with multiple items from different categories, we may consolidate packaging to minimize environmental impact and reduce the number of individual shipments.


Shipping to Parcel Lockers (Packstation)

Shipping to a Packstation within Germany is possible. Please ensure you:

  1. Enter your Postnummer in the “Additional Address/Company” field.
  2. Include “Packstation” and your Packstation number in the “Street and House Number” field.

Note: Packages must be between 15 × 11 × 1 cm and 60 × 35 × 35 cm to be eligible for delivery to a Packstation.

If the DHL courier cannot deliver your package to the specified address or to a designated recipient, a notification card will be left. You can collect your package from the specified post office within 7 days by presenting the card and valid ID. Uncollected packages will be returned to our warehouse.


Delivery Issues

A package may be returned to us for various reasons, such as:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to collect the package from the post office within the specified timeframe

If your package is returned, simply inform us via the contact form. Let us know if you would like the items re-shipped and whether you wish to provide an alternative delivery address.


Tracking Issues

If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation email, please check:

  1. Your spam/junk folder.
  2. The email address you used for your order. If you registered via Facebook, updates will be sent to the email associated with your Facebook account.

If you still can’t locate the email, contact our customer service via the contact form.

Tracking Not Working:
If your tracking number isn’t working immediately, it may take up to 24 hours for the system to update. Messages like “Shipment not recognized” or “No information available” are temporary and typically resolve within 24 hours.

If the issue persists beyond 24 hours, or if your package appears stuck in transit, contact customer support. We’ll work with DHL to resolve the problem and keep you informed every step of the way.


Lost Package

If your package hasn’t arrived within a week after the delivery time stated in your order confirmation, rest assured — we’ll resolve the issue. Contact us via the contact form, and our customer service team will investigate the situation and expedite your package’s delivery.


Customs, Duties & Additional Charges

For international orders outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in your country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost displayed at checkout. Deputy Department has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

The recipient is responsible for paying any such fees upon delivery. By placing an international order, you agree to cover all applicable customs and import duties required by your local authorities.
